Just a few years ago our family started MacDaddy's Rollin' Smoke BBQ as a KCBS Competition BBQ Team - and now we offer mobile caterering throughout New Hampshire! We locally source our ingredients to provide the most flavorful and amazing foods you've ever enjoyed. We are dedicated to providing low & slow BBQ featuring MacDaddy's signature sauces and rubs for your next NH event - all from our Rollin' Smoke BBQ!
MacDaddy's is pleased to offer locally made bread by Mountain View Manna and purchases our meat from our local butcher at The Meredith Center Store. MacDaddy's also smokes butter and cheeses using the cold smoke method. Cold smoking allows even the hardest cheeses, like sharp cheddars, to "take" the smoke for a light, smokey flavor.
